Our website https://nplegal.cz (hereinafter the „website") uses cookies and other related technologies (for simplicity, all technologies are referred to as „cookies"). Cookies are also placed by third parties we have engaged. The document below contaitu you informujeme o usage cookies na our webu.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small simple file that is sent together with the pages of this website and stored by the browser on the hard drive of the computer or other device. The information stored in them may be returned to our servers or to servers of the relevant third parties on a subsequent visit. The cookie itself does not contain personal data such as name or address, but it is linked to other data we collect about your activity through third parties on subsequent visits.
3. What are scripts?
A script is a piece of program code used to make our website function correctly and interactively. This code runs on our server or on your device.
4. What is a web beacon?
A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or image on a website used to monitor traffic. Various data about you are stored using web beacons for this purpose.
5. Cookies

This way you don't have to repeatedly enter the same information when visiting our website, and items remain in the basket when paying online, for examplenek repeatedly enter same informace. Tyto cookies we may place bez your consentu.
5.2 Statistics / analytics cookies
For anonymous traffic measurement, we may — only with your consent — use a privacy-friendly web analytics tool. This analytics does not place cross-site tracking cookies and does not create user profiles.

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. We do not track you across other websites or place you into advertising audiences.

If we add statistics or other cookies in the future, their deployment will be subject to your consent in cookie settings.
6.1 Microsoft Bookings (booking system)
For online consultation booking we use Microsoft Bookings. The booking form is not embedded in our website — clicking the „Book a consultation" button opens a new window on the outlook.office.com domain, where the form is hosted directly by Microsoft. Our website does not store any Microsoft cookies.
After clicking the booking link, Microsoft may set cookies in the new window that are necessary for the application to work (authentication, anti-bot protection, calendar function). Those cookies are governed by Microsoft's privacy statement — Microsoft is the independent controller in that context.
If you prefer not to use the booking system, you can always reach us by phone, email or WhatsApp (contacts in the footer).
6.2 Klaro Consent Manager
For managing your consents we use the open-source tool Klaro (by KIProtect GmbH). Klaro runs entirely in your browser — your preferences are stored in localStorage and a np_consent cookie on your device. Nothing is sent to any external server.
The website does not use WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, or related components — it runs on static infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages). Most cookies typical of WordPress sites do not appear on nplegal.cz.
7. Consent
When you first visit our website, we display a pop-up window with information about cookies. As soon as you click „Save preferences", you express consent to the use of the cookie categories described in the pop-up and in this Policy. You can disable cookies via your browser, but please note that some website functions may not work properly afterward.
7.1 Managing consent settings
